Haas & Brother CNC Milling Machines
Lathes are not our only machines; we also have a total of 7 milling Machines including 4 state-of-the-art Haas Machines. Pingel CNC owns a Haas VF-3 Super Speed Mill with 40” x 20” x 25” travels for our large parts and plate work. In addition, we have two Haas VF-2 Super Speed Mills with 30” x 15” x 20” travels and Thru coolant spindles. These two are built with a Renishaw probing system to speed up setup time and quicker tool changes. One Haas VFOE with an umbrella tool changer and through spindle coolant. Furthermore, our team operates two Brother TC-S2B CNC Tapping Machining/Centers for fast drilling, tapping, and small milling jobs. Each mill is equipped with the maximum number of Vises to ensure we can complete a process inside the machine with the least amount of handling or movement possible.
IEMCA Bar Feeders for CNC Milling Machines
Pingel CNC incorporates Iemca automatic bar feeders into lathes and milling equipment to optimize throughput without experiencing any detrimental drops in the quality or end performance of components. Iemca bar feeders automatically load the next bar of material to maximize factory performance through lights-out operation.
Finishing
In addition to the standard Swiss CNC, Conventional Turning, and Milling services, Pingel CNC provides supplemental finishing services to enhance or refine machined components before they are delivered to customers. Polishing, tumbling, and de-burring services elevate the final quality and appearance of machined parts eliminating the need for customers to search out a supplemental provider.
Welding
Pingel CNC provides extensive supplemental welding services to customers machining their parts in our facility and those who have previously fabricated components that require welding. MIG, TIG, and Robotic Welding services are available upon request to address growing customer requests.
