While the machining of high-quality components through Swiss CNC, Standard CNC, and CNC Milling remains our foremost skillset, Pingel CNC has expanded services to address additional customer needs. We maintain wide-reaching welding capabilities to join multiple components machined in our facility through MIG, TIG, and Robotic Welding. Additionally, all components can be further finished to a specified finish through our clay stone wet tumbler (duller finish) or our corn cob dry tumbler (shinier finish). Pingel CNC also offers hand-polishing for select components to create a high finish and smooth out any possible imperfections. Polishing aluminum for example provides an exceptional luster for supplemental chroming finishes.

At Pingel CNC, we have developed our finishing services to adequately combine these two aspects of part finishing to deliver precision components that operate at maximum efficiency while being visually appealing. We offer hand-polishing services to add desired finishes to machined components that can enhance supplemental chroming procedures. In addition to hand-polishing, Pingel operates wet (clay stone) and dry (corn cob) tumblers that can create varying finishes depending on customer specifications. All components are thoroughly checked and de-burred after machining to ensure all sharp edges or detrimental debris have been removed before leaving our facility.
