We were honored to receive Jeff and Matt at our facility, with Matt being a regular visitor and Jeff’s previous visit dating back to 2002 when our initial Eurotech 420SLL-Y was acquired. During their visit, we showcased the capabilities of our Eurotech Machines and demonstrated the advancements in technology. Notably, Pingel Enterprise, Inc. recently acquired a new triple turret twin spindle B465-T3-Y3 with a Top Bar loader. We successfully consolidated 175 programs into a single, user-friendly program, significantly reducing setup times and decreasing the cycle time by five and a half minutes per cycle for one of our key products, a service we have been offering for over 50 years. This optimization consequently led to a reduced handling time for this particular part. What previously required 5-10 minutes for polishing is now accomplished in a little over a minute, thanks to the machine’s precision tolerance and superior finishes, both of which are pivotal to meeting our product and customer needs. Our satisfaction with the 465-T3-Y3 Eurotech machine purchase is significant. Jeff and Matt also had the opportunity to comprehensively tour our entire plant, familiarize themselves with our complete product range and job shop services, and offer valuable insights for potential operational enhancements in the future.
